Google keep the note keeper 

Hello and Good Morning everyone, its currently 5:27 am when i started to write this entry. When i'm scrolling down my notes at windows, i found its quite hard to keep the notes there since its not safe and it have a bad space utility, the worse is, the note can pile up quickly. So it is very inconvenience for student like me to keep my notes in window. 

Until recently i found a very suitable application to keep note which is "Google keep". This application are basically under "Google Cops" and it was launched on March 20, 2013 . Google keep have received tremendous good reviews from the community such as the quality of voice notes, synchronization, and the widget that be place on the Android screens. Amazing right ? If we compare the notes in our mobile device or in windows, the differences is very huge. 

So here is some of the features that can be found in Google Keep :
  1. Allow users to make different kind of notes including text, images and audio
  2. Users can set reminder So the note with upcoming reminders will appear in the notes
  3. Text from images can be extracted using optical character recognition technology 
  4. Record voice notes 
  5. The notes can turn to checklist 
  6. Can transcribes the notes from picture 
  7. The notes can be color coded with the options of white, red orange, green, blue or grey
  8. It can Drag and drop the notes into google docs
  9. Notes can be categorized by using labels
  10. It also can send the notes from keep to other apps that you are currently use

There were so many benefits of using google keep, the most thing that fascinated me is that you can drag and drop the notes that you keep in the google notes into google docs. It is quite interesting right? You can save plenty of time by doing that. It is so easy to use, here is the step that you can try  :

  • STEP 1 : In Doc : clicks tools on the menu bar 
  • STEP 2: Then, click on "keep notepad" - a side bar will pop up with all of your note options
  • STEP 3 : Search the note you need 
  • STEP 4 : Drag and drop the notes you need in docs
